8. Indemnification

12.3. If the Service is suspended or discontinued in accordance with paragraph 12, the Employer may not continue to post new jobs.


13. Payments

The Website may provide its services to Employers and Candidates either for a fee or free of charge, depending on the model that follows each time. Until now, at this stage the services are provided as follows:

- 400 euros for one job post within one (1) year from purchase

- 1,800 euros for a package of 5 job posts within one (1) year from purchase

- 4,000 euros for a package of 12 job posts within one (1) year from purchase

- Custom packages are also available

The Website may alter the prices without any prior notice


14. Final provisions

14.1. In the event of an initial or invalidated one of these Terms, the validity of the others will not be affected.


14.2. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the Courts of Athens will be competent.
